He has owned & operated a distribution company for more than a decade & brings the experience & understanding of small business. He has experience in designing warehouse mezzanines & modular offices. Mike also brings to Unistrut his steel supplier relationships through mills, fabricators, galvanizers & distributors.
Mark recently returned to Hawaiʻi after many years away, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a renewed appreciation for island life. Born and raised on Kauaʻi, Mark understands the true meaning of Aloha and infuses that spirit into his work every day—building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike. With over 36 years of experience in sales and sales management, primarily in the real estate industry, Mark has always placed customer needs at the center of his work. Wendy’s roots run deep in the paniolo lifestyle, where discipline, resilience, and hard work shaped her character. With a background in rodeo, fishing, and hunting, she brings that same energy and dedication to her professional journey. Since 2006, Wendy began her career in food and retail, later transitioning into the safety and industrial sales sector.
At AWP, formerly Safety Systems and Signs Hawaii, Wendy advanced from sales associate to assistant manager, gaining hands-on experience in purchasing, customer service, and safety compliance. She is well-versed in critical safety practices, including respiratory fit testing, fall protection, first aid/CPR, and confined space protocols.
